Back to School Essentials 2012!
Hey there sweeties. I’m sure you all know what time of year it is: Back to school shopping time!! It’s always been a personal reason that I love getting the new school year started. If you aren’t pumped already,
here’s a new video by the vlog brothers that may change your mind.
Now I chose out my 5 TOP ITEMS that you’ll need in your closet before the school year starts. Now go look cool as you head back to school!
- Blazers: Not only are they fashionable, but you will need them for presentations. Style up any casual outfit by simply throwing a blazer on top. To make it a bit more casual, fold and pull up your sleeves.
- Jumpers: Everyone has those lazy mornings where you honestly don’t feel like putting together a really complex outfit. Maybe after staying up all night on a project, or just talking to friends, grab your jumper for a quick and super comfortable fix!
- Over the Shoulder Bags: I’ve always found these about 50x easier to carry around than other totes or handbags. For some customization, find a bag (like the one shown above) with both a long and short strap! Make sure its big enough for school supplies, but small enough to carry on an after school trip to get some ice cream!
- High Waisted Shorts: Summer isn’t nearly over, and if you’re here in California, shorts are wearable year round! These trendy pieces come in all shapes in sizes
- Platform Heels: While 6 inch stilettos definitely don’t make the most appropriate style for school, you can always wear some cute wedges or platform heels! These are basic enough to wear in class, but still make you look like the stylish babe that you really are! Not to mention that heels magically make your legs look a billion times better.
